Advanced Settings (Setup Menu)

Crossover
Change speaker settings such as the crossover frequency of the speakers. Settings are
automatically configured if you use the Automatic Speaker Setup. Audio will not be output
while you are making this setting.
Setting Item Default Value Setting Details
Front Small Set the size for each of the speakers. Use the
diameter of the cone as a guide.
"Small": When the cone diameter is less than 6-1/2
inches (16 cm)
"Large": When the cone diameter is greater than
6-1/2 inches (16 cm)
The setting is fixed to "Large" if "Configuration" -
"Subwoofer" is set to "No".
Center Small Set the size for each of the speakers. Use the
diameter of the cone as a guide.
"Small": When the cone diameter is less than 6-1/2
inches (16 cm)
"Large": When the cone diameter is greater than
6-1/2 inches (16 cm)
"Large" can be selected only when "Front" is set
to "Large".
If an item cannot be selected even though
connection is correct, check that the settings in
"Configuration" - "Speaker Channels" matches
the number of connected channels.
Height Small Set the size for each of the speakers. Use the
diameter of the cone as a guide.
"Small": When the cone diameter is less than 6-1/2
inches (16 cm)
"Large": When the cone diameter is greater than
6-1/2 inches (16 cm)
"Large" can be selected only when "Front" is set
to "Large".
If an item cannot be selected even though
connection is correct, check that the settings in
"Configuration" - "Speaker Channels" matches
the number of connected channels.

set to "Large".
If an item cannot be selected even though
connection is correct, check that the settings in
"Configuration" - "Speaker Channels" matches
the number of connected channels.
Crossover 100Hz Set the lowest frequency that each the speakers can
output so that frequencies lower than this are output
from the subwoofer. Set using the diameter of the
speaker with the smallest cone as a guide.
"40Hz", "50Hz", "60Hz": For cone diameters greater
than 8 inches (20 cm)
"70Hz", "80Hz", "90Hz": For cone diameters
between 6-1/2 inches to 8 inches (16 to 20 cm)
"100Hz": For cone diameters 5-1/4 to 6-1/2 inches
(13 to 16 cm)
"120Hz": For cone diameters 3-1/2 to 5-1/4 inches
(9 to 13 cm)
"150Hz", "180Hz", "200Hz": For cone diameters less
than 3-1/2 inches (9 cm)
